2.4 AI Chat Data

When you use our AI-powered chat features, we collect and process the following data to generate responses:

  • Device context: timezone and locale (for localized responses)

This data is sent to our third-party AI processing provider (Anthropic) for real-time response generation. See Section 5 for details on how this data is shared and protected.

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Cloudflare and is subject to their security practices and policies.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

  • AI Processing Provider (Anthropic): Your chat messages and conversation context are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI response generation. Data is transmitted securely via HTTPS/TLS and is processed in real-time to generate responses. Anthropic does not store your data beyond the duration of the API request. Your data is stored securely on our own cloud infrastructure.
  • Service Providers: Cloud hosting (Cloudflare), database services
  • Connected Platforms: Instagram/Meta as necessary for OAuth functionality
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

AI Data Processing Details

When you use AI chat features, the following data is sent to Anthropic for processing:

  • Message text content
  • Images (compressed, for vision analysis)
  • Conversation history (for context continuity)
  • Timezone and locale (for localized responses)

The following data is NOT sent to Anthropic:

  • Email address or account credentials
  • Passwords
  • Payment information
  • Browsing history

You will be asked for your explicit consent before any data is shared with Anthropic. You can manage this consent at any time in your account Settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Access tokens are stored for the duration of your account connection and are deleted when you disconnect your account. Webhook event data is typically retained for 90 days for troubleshooting and auditing purposes.
