agentbase provides an AI Integration Registry that offers:

OAuth authentication endpoints for connecting AI agents to third-party services
Webhook integration for real-time event notifications
Integration registry and documentation
API access for authorized applications

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to connect your Instagram account or other third-party accounts through OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Instagram/Meta. Your use of these integrations is subject to:

Any permissions and scopes you grant during OAuth authentication

We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of third-party platforms. You acknowledge that we may lose access to third-party platforms, which may affect Service functionality.

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by agentbase and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

If you use our API or integrate with our Service programmatically:

You must comply with all API rate limits and usage restrictions

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless agentbase and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts and ceasing to use the Service.

11.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including indemnification, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and agentbase regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
